Lymph massage is a therapeutic massage treatment and I will use very light pressure and long, gentle strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body.

The lymph system is part of your body’s immune system and helps fight infection so we need to ensure this is functioning properly.

My lymph massage concentrates on you as a person and understanding how I can improve your circulation and reduce the swelling.
