Tart cherry juice & Vanilla Extract drink – to help induce sleep.
Tart cherries are rich in melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone which regulates our sleep-wake cycles, and can be very useful to take when sleeping patterns go out the window!
A mix of 8 ounces of tart cherry juice to a few drops of vanilla extract will do the trick. Vanilla is known to provide aromatherapy benefits such as easing stress, tension and softly soothing its user into a peaceful slumber. Aim to take this mix mix an hour to half an hour before bed. In the morning, upon waking, consume only the tart cherry juice to keep your sleep schedule on track.

Valerian Root Extract
This is perhaps my best solution when I suffer with any disturbances in my sleep cycle. It is a traditional natural herbal medicinal product used to aid sleep disturbances. I personally take 300mg, when lacking in sleep (at approximately 8pm) and it helps me to get off to sleep.
